INVITATION TO EXHIBIT

The Wills Eye Alumni Society invites you to participate in the 76th annual Wills Eye Conference to be held March 7-9, 2024 in Philadelphia.

This state-of-the-art conference offers a unique opportunity to showcase your organization by bringing together influential experts in ophthalmology who will provide important, relevant, and current clinical information to an audience of comprehensive ophthalmologists, subspecialists, physicians, and allied health personnel. The format will be a combination of lectures, symposia, point-counterpoint sessions, case presentations, and Q & A.

The conference will begin on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Wills Eye Hospital with a Free Paper Session presented by Wills Eye residents and fellows. The main conference sessions will take place at the Philadelphia Marriott Old City Hotel on Friday and Saturday, March 8-9, 2024. The program will feature distinguished guest faculty presenting named lectures on topics in glaucoma, retina, ocular oncology, and neuro-ophthalmology, and cataract and refractive surgery.

We offer exhibitors exclusive time with healthcare professionals, and exhibit areas will be designed to maximize physician-representative interaction. Expected attendance will be approximately 250-300 physicians and 200 allied health personnel and administrators. As an exhibitor, your company representatives are invited to attend all the scientific sessions, the conference opening reception on Thursday, and a cocktail party on Friday.
