The Foyer and Foyer Annex spaces are areas with greater visibility and prominence. We have created increased traffic flow into the main exhibit rooms by placing the registration and break refreshment stands there. Each exhibit space will be approximately 8’ x 10’ and include a draped table, chairs, and electrical access. Set up time is from 2:00PM to 6:30PM on Thursday, March 9, 2023. Tear down will be on Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 12:30PM to 2:00PM.

Security guards will be stationed in the exhibit area 24/7 during the conference. As the 75th Annual Wills Eye Hospital Conference is not responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitors’ property, exhibitors must take precautions to protect their material. It shall be the responsibility of each exhibitor to maintain insurance coverage against injury to person or damage to or loss of property in such amounts as the exhibitor shall deem adequate.
